60-year-old Sharon Stone posted a family snapshot on social media featuring her three adopted sons.
The actress, who presently stars in HBO’s Mosaic, shared the rare family picture on her Instagram page, which featured her sons Roan Joseph Bronstein, 18, Laird Vonne Stone, 13, and Quinn Kelly Stone, 12.
The photo was taken inside her Beverly Hills mansion, and it showed a makeup-free Stone donning a loose, striped t-shirt. She was surrounded by her three sons as they lounged around their living room couch.
Roan, the eldest, was adopted by Stone together with her former husband, Phil Bronstein, in 2000. Stone had adopted her two younger sons on her own.
Photos of the mother and three sons together are considered rare since Bronstein has custody of Roan as well. The 18-year-old has to split his time between his mother and father.
In the past, the custody battle between Stone and Bronstein was not at all smooth. After their divorce in 2004, the judge ultimately decided to give Roan’s custody to Bronstein. Stone only had once-a-month visits from her son.
Although, since then, things have changed. Stone gets to see her son more now than before.
The three sons seem to love and adore their mother dearly. Even though they are boys, they don’t seem bothered to show their affection for their mother.
In fact, in 2017, the three boys gave Stone a special surprise for an early mother’s day gift.
At the Associates for Breast and Prostate Cancer Studies Mother’s Day Luncheon in Beverly Hills, Stone was given the Mother of the Year Award and her sons had the honor of giving a speech for their beloved mother.
InStyle shared that the tribute was touching and heartwarming, with the three sons showering their doting mother with nothing but praises and words of love.
As for Stone’s relationships, she likes to remain mum about it at the moment.
Aside from Bronstein, she was also previously married to TV producer, Michael Greenburg.
Talking to Grazia magazine in April 2018, she did not share anything about her current status and only said, “I was just not that girl who was told that a man would define me.”
