Lagos, Nigeria native, Qudus Wahab was born on 30th January 2000, under the star sign Aquarius. After the age of fifteen, he moved to the United States. He holds a Nigerian nationality and is of an Afro ethnic background. The twenty-one years old stands 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m) tall and weighs 240 lb (109 kg). 

High School, Recruiting, & College Career

Qudus Wahab played his freshman and sophomore years of high school at the Virginia Academy. For his junior season, he transferred to the Flint Hill School for the rest of his high school career.

On 30th January 2019, Wahab signed to  Georgetown under head coach Patrick Ewing for his collegiate career on his 19th birthday over the offers from UConn, Pittsburgh, and Syracuse.

During his freshman season, Wahad appeared in 32 games, starting 7. He averaged 5.5 points and 14.7 minutes per game, along with 30 blocks. On 4th March 2020, he recorded a double-double against Creighton, scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds.

The following season, he started  25 games, averaging 12.7 points, 27.7 minutes, and 1.6 blocks per game. During the 2021 Big East Men's Basketball Tournament, he averaged 14.3 points and 8.3 rebounds where he won the tournament and advanced to the 2021 NCAA Tournament.

After the 2020-21 season, he transferred to Maryland to play under head coach Mark Turgeon.
